WE WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR PCHUM BEN (14.-18.09.2020) AND WILL BE OPEN AGAIN ON THE WEEKEND (19.+20.08.2020).
We re-opened on 10 June 2020. With tourism still down we knew it’s not going to be easy. But we’re taking this as an opportunity to adapt to the new now. So, for the time being, we’ll have a smaller menu (with HAVEN’s most popular dishes), we also have a few new additions and we have new opening times (open Thursday-Sunday, 11am-9pm).
And just like life itself, none of this is set in stone. We’re going with the flow, approaching each day with an open minded playfulness and adapting and growing during the whole process. This all, while keeping our focus on the safety of our team and guests and preserving the caring and delicious space HAVEN is known and loved for.
See you soon!
For those who have asked how you can continue to support us, please consider making a donation via Dragonfly, the Swiss non-profit association behind HAVEN. On behalf of the whole HAVEN Family, we sincerely thank you for your support.
HAVEN is a social enterprise and a training restaurant for vulnerable young adults from shelters, as well as underprivileged young adults from very poor rural areas. By teaching quality work skills as well as important life skills, we empower these young people by preparing them for employment and by helping them in their personal development, creating safe and independent futures.
While enjoying a delicious meal in our tropical garden or traditional Khmer house you are directly supporting our training program and these wonderful young people. And to make sure your visit and help stays an unforgettable experience, we promise to spoil you with flavourful Asian and favourite international dishes (including many vegetarian and vegan tidbits), honest smiles and great sound.
